Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at salttheory.swim@gmail.com. Please note that all returns must be sent back to the original sender address.

If your return is approved, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We will also provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
